Realme GT 7 Pro is getting a Racing edition

Realme launched GT 7 Pro globally back in 2024, and is now working on another premium smartphone. It will be a “Racing edition,” according to Chase Xu, Realme VP, and will focus on performance.

The device appeared on TENAA and then on Geekbench, and we can see it will have the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, but will stick to a two-camera solution with no telephoto lens.

Geekbench revealed a 16 GB RAM option, while TENAA confirmed that it will have the same design and dimensions as the current Realme GT 7 Pro, though an LED flash will occupy the telephoto shooter position.

It’s not confirmed if the Racing moniker will actually stay, but we have seen Oneplus, Xiaomi, Honor, and vivo all use it for different phones. Also, the GT series is named after the racing video games, meaning we shouldn’t be surprised if the name appears in the final product.
